Qualifications
Education: JD degree from an ASA-accredited institution.
Experience: Three (3) plus years of experience in health care law, with some experience in real estate preferred. Working knowledge of healthcare regulations is required. This includes experience in healthcare related drafting and transactional matters.
Required Licensure/Certification: Member of Texas State Bar or member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas or another state or District of Columbia.

- Demonstrated commitment to delivering quality legal services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Exhibit resourcefulness and flexibility
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and exercise independent judgment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
