- Accurately and efficiently ring up sales on registers.
- Accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers.
- Provide a friendly environment, greet every customer enthusiastically.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Communicate customer requests to management.
- Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked.
- Honor customers by providing quick, friendly, and personal service.
- Develop rapport with customers. Learn their names, favorite drinks and food items.Â
- Communicates customer concerns to manager on duty.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years Cashier experience
- Excellent cash and credit card handling skills
- Able to process information/merchandise through register system
- Possess great guest service skills in a high volume environment
- Communicate effectively with associates and customers
- Able to speak, read, write and communicate clearly in English
