Position Summary: Republic Manufacturing is seeking a Masters Program candidate to become a Territory Regional Manager. The Territory Regional Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets within a given geographical territory or customer segment. As part of the Outside Sales Team, this position proactively identifies and addresses customer needs by matching specific client business requirements with technical solutions provided by Republic. The Territory Regional Manager works closely with other regional managers, Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure that assigned revenue objectives are met, and customers are satisfied. The Territory Regional Manager Manager reports to the Manager of Sales.

Program Summary

Our hands-on technical training program lasts 12 to 18 months and is designed to give you the tools needed to become a Republic Sales Engineer. If selected for the program, you will receive hands-on experience at Republic’s headquarters in Dallas, TX, related to manufacturing, designing, and building the products you will ultimately sell as a Territory Regional Manager. Within the Program, you will also get extensive customer service and inside sales experience, along with advanced sales training related to our products, our customers, and their applications. Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales volumes and strategic objectives in assigned regions/territories/customer segments.
  • Develop hands-on expertise with Republic products to in order to identify customer needs and develop profitable solutions.
  • Act as the lead in customer engagements, in partnership with the entire sales team, to gain technical fit through a consultative sales approach.
  • Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers’ needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the Company.
  • Sell the complete offering of Company products and services to assigned opportunities.
  • Travel to customer facilities to visit with current and potential clients and learn about their needs to create solutions using Republic's products.
  • Establish and maintain productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Achieve assigned organizational objectives for sales, profits, volume, product mix, and other strategic goals.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing Salesforce.
  • Previous experience with products similar to Republic's
